You wanted a full review…..

I have been going to Millstream for years. The atmosphere is unlike any i have been to, mostly due to the bartender/manager Nina (w/ the dreds). As a bartender, she's definitely aware of her customers and when you walk in as a regular...she has your drink ready for you. She adds to the awesome atmosphere the club has....mainly due to her infectious attitude and energy. I always see her smiling and having a great time. As a business owner, myself....If the employees are happy the customers will be too. As the manager, she is what keeps the girls and the club in line. She has all the respect of the girls, customers and other co-workers. To ME and if you ask ME....Nina (w/ the dreds) is the glue that keeps it together on the floor and is what keeps me coming back.

Food: Top notch. Better than most restaurants/bars. They do different food specials each week as well as regular menu. Which is great as well. Braglio, farm to table, meats whic you can taste the freshness. Most strip clubs that I have been to do not put this much thought in their foods and a lot are microwaved foods. Millstream has chefs!!!

Drinks: yes a little expensive but it is a strip club. You go to a football game and they upcharge their alcohol too. It’s the atmosphere and experience of the girls and entertainment you’re paying for.

Tips: The girls dance 2 songs on stage and sometimes there is a 3rd (clean up song). You can go to the stage to tip your favorite. They also do tip walks…remember to TIP THESE girls….:$1 is ok but $2 is even better. Know and remember these girls make their money from the tips (and the rooms). But if you’re not gonna tip even just a dollar….go to another bar. It’s like going to a concert or movie expecting to see the entertainment for free. And REMEMBER TO TIP THE BARTENDERS TOO!!! Ppl in the service industry do not get paid a big hrly wage so the rely on tips. Take care of your bartender they will take care of you!!

Bathroom: They could be cleaner. They did put a new sink and full length mirror in the women’s bathroom. I don’t know what the men’s looks like.
