Different for me

No disrespect, but I’ve never been to a strip club where customers actually throw wads of 1s at strippers. No one sat at the stage to watch girls dance. They just occasionally walked up to the stage and hurled 20 singles at a girl’s vagina then walked away.

I was on a work trip in the area and Wonderland was the closest club to my airport hotel. I arrived at 8pm on a Friday, went through a metal detector, got patted down, paid a $20 cover and entered an empty club. There were a bunch of girls but no patrons as far as I could see.

I thought, “Shit, every girl is gonna ask me for a lap dance and I’m gonna run out of money before I finish my first beer.” Actually, the opposite was the problem: the bartender wasn’t friendly or attentive and no dancers approached me.
