Downtown for the Win!

When I'm in NYC, and if I end up going to FlashDancers, I typically go to the one in Mid-Town. This time, I decided to change things up, and after looking at a few options, I decided to give the Downtown location a try.

Small cover charge ($20) as is typical at most clubs - and my first reaction was "Wow, this place is SMALL". You walk right into a bar area that is similar to a galley kitchen in a one-bedroom apartment (slight exaggeration) -- with the bar down the left, and then two small stages to the right that had a girl dancing on each. The girls weren't really dancing, they were standing there talking to their dancer friends that were sitting next to the stage and waiting for their turn.

I had a beer or two at the bar while watching some of the girls -- wasn't approached by anybody, it was nice to come in, sit-down and relax.
