Three of Three.... a 9 out of 10.

OK; The Landing Strip…. I have a tortured history with TLS as I have always WANTED to really like this club but, there was something in the way in the past… too loud, too crowded, tiny bathroom, bar faces away from the stage, no room to walk around, fat smelly strippers…. ok, maybe not that last one.

These two visits, both Friday and Saturday nights it was the only place we went to. We talked ourselves into going there first on Friday thinking we'd bounce to the Criket or FC if it sucked as in the past but, lo and butthold we stayed the WHOLE night. It also convinced us to hang there Saturday as well.

Entry at ~ 8pm Friday, $8 mandatory Valet fee whether you park there or not, ascend two flights of stairs to pay our $20 entry fee. Friendly bouncer seated us at a stage side round table with comfy chairs and a bucket-o-beer for around $35. Yes, the bathroom is still tiny… add an attendant with all his gear and you can barely get around in there without getting dripped on. Layout same otherwise with the narrow airplane shaped stage, U-shaped bar, kinda dark VIP's down the stairs ($20 each time fee) and the mysterious balcony area above the bar that used to be the VIP in the wayback.
