Not Your Typical Deja Vu

If you seen one Deja Vu you've seen them all. Big box like building. Hot pink and white awning around the building. But inside it doesn't feel like a big club. Also a big open parking lot. Walk in and the cashier also sells a lot of merch; not like I'm wanting a hot pink Deja Vu hat but to each their own. And it's a Deju Vu. Got to the website and get the pass so you are only playing $12 to get in and a drink rather than $22.

The club is darker than other clubs. General seating area has two stages acrossed from each other and several small benches and tables set in a u-shape around them. There's a lapdance area off the beaten path as well as some private rooms.

There's also a DJ booth where the Computer DJ is located. Computer DJ is good because it doesn't try to sound clever. Computer DJ is bad because dancers don't seem to have much regard for anything it says. It called for the waitresses which the club doesn't have or at least weren't working. Dancers did not get on stage when their names were called so it was hard to match up a girl with whatever it was he was announcing. Maybe there's a dancer there named Stage Maintenance?

The place was super slow. Just the manager and 3-4 dancers; 1 dancer arrived while I was there. Hipster, VC model, Veteran, and a Kill Bill Cosplay. Hipster put on a great stage performance. She's not my type but still I was impressed and told her so. VC model had tats like she had work down at Count's Kustoms... but it worked for her. She wasn't in the general area long before she was racing off to the lapdance area with a guy. Never got a great look at the Cosplay girl but the open black coat looked like she could have pulled a Katana out at any moment. She wasn't there long before she was in the back as well.
