Not great but not a lemon either

I visited Little Darlings in Lemon Grove on Thursday September 8, 2022 from about 4:45 to 6:45 pm. The club is a standalone building located under the raised overpasses that form the intersection of the 94 and 125 freeways. The nearest exits from either of these freeways are about a mile away however. There is ample parking on site. From the number of cars in the lot it looked like things were quite busy but there were less people in the club than would account for the cars in the lot. Little Darlings is of course one the brands of the Deja Vu empire. I believe that they just in the last couple of months went back to having a day shift, signs said they open at noon. At the entrance paid a cover of $15 to a gal who was also the barmaid. $5 of this could be redeemed for a fountain drink, this is a nude so no alcohol place. No security stuff. Not sure if this was a day shift price with higher in the evening.

This is a small place. As you enter the bar such as it is is to the right. Directly opposite is the trapezoidal shaped stage with a single pole. The stage was low with a raised tip rail around it. There were only about 6 chairs at the rail, kind of looked they had been doing COVID distancing and never put the rest of the chairs back in. Back from the stage where about a dozen small tables and chairs. Over on the left wall was a very small low stage with single pole and no rail. A dancer was stretching out on this when I went in but it was not otherwise used. Usual LED flashing and rotating lights although not a lot of them. Later on some strobe effects were done with them. The lap dance areas are behind the wall on the right side of the club. Further along the right wall past the end of the bar were the dancers dressing room and the restrooms. The men’s was small but clean. There was an ATM and a vending machine with snacks in this area as well.

While I was there there were 4 customers and 4 dancers. Names of 3 of the 4 dancers I remember were Baby Doll, Arabella and Violet. Violet may have been mixed Latina and the others were white. They appeared to be mid-20’s, not the very young set implied by the club’s name. Nothing wrong with their looks. They did two song sets and mostly but not always went nude in the second song. There was some decent pole work. For most of my time there the music was just a continuous stream, but the DJ arrived about 6pm and began hyping the dancer’s names. What with the small number of dancers there wasn’t always someone on stage but they did a reasonable job of keeping the dancing going. Dancers were not very pushy in asking for laps and the one problem was they overall spent too much time in the dressing room.
