33rd street. Not downtown, but not midtown either. I originally planned to go to Flashdancers downtown, but TUSCL had its hours incorrectly listed as noon to 4am when really it doesn’t open until 5pm.

When I walked up, there was a big door guy and fully dressed dancer handing out free admission tickets to passersby.

4PM. Free to get in. 2 security guards in full suits and earpieces like they’re god damn secret service. But they’re approachable and help you out to send ladies/drink girls your way/shake your hand and all that BS.
