Visited: Friday Afternoon

I went to Nicole's around 1:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. Like most businesses, it is still in a post-Covid lull so I was the only customer there which isn't a negative. There were three young women working along with one older woman who tended the bar area. No alcohol is served but there are plenty of soda options. Sodas are only $1.50 which is extremely reasonable. There is a tip jar on the bar so my advice is to tip the bartender to make up for the low cots drink options. When I entered, I sat at the bar and the older woman greeted me and asked me if I'd like something to drink and gave me the soda options. She then introduced me to the three women sitting on the couches. There was a blonde, a brunette, and an African-American woman. The brunette volunteered to give me a tour. She showed me the VIP rooms and explained that a VIP dance is $70, which is paid to the bar, plus tip, which is paid to the dancer. VIP dances last 30 minutes. She then explained that evening hours start at 4:00 PM which is when the regular dance area opens. She explained that the regular dance area is $5.00, which is paid to the bar, plus tips, which are paid to the individual dancers. Since I went before 4:00 PM only the VIP rooms were open.

The layout is that you park in the parking lot to the left of the building and enter on the left side of the building. Immediately upon entering, the bar is on the right and bathrooms are on the left followed by the VIP rooms which are on the left. Past the bar, there is an ATM machine on the right beside a big screen TV which the young women were using to watch the Denzel Washington movie, The Book of Eli. In front of the TV are a couple of couches. Beyond this area are two pool tables and the regular dance area.

I purchased a Cheerwine and sat at the bar for approximately 15-20 minutes talking to the bartender then opted to go to the VIP room. I paid my $70 to the bar and asked for the brunette since she was the one who volunteered to give me the tour. Inside the VIP room is a couch, a stool where you can sit your soda, and a chair. The VIP experience was stellar. The brunette guided me to the room, told me to get comfortable, and left to get ready herself. She returned approximately 10 minutes later and was very polite and personable. She made me feel like I wasn't just another customer. I realize that her job is to earn money but her compliments seemed genuine which was a nice touch even if they weren't. She didn't rush through the VIP session and allowed me to enjoy every moment.
