Should have known better

This place is right on my way home from work. I always want it to be good but it never is. Place is right on a busy county road with a large gravel parking lot. Enter through the side door and your right in the middle of the bar. Typical Jersey layout, rectangle dance floor surounded by the bar with a pole on one end. There's a pool table off to the back and a little closet for LD's. Sign outside said hot nurse party tonight so I thought I'd give it another shot. There were 10 or so othe PL's around the bar and someone shooting pool. Got a beer for $5 and settled in. Bartender was nice enough and dressed Like a nurse, a heavy older one but a nurse none the less. A heavily tatted spinner was working the pole. She was really good and putting on quite the clinic. She finished her dance and made her way for tips. I mentioned how impressed I was with her performance. She replied that she lives what she does. I thought maybe she would come around and visit me again but she went in the back. She returned with a cute little nurse's outfit on, grabbed her stuff and that was the last I saw of her. In fact, no other dancers came out for the 30 minutes I spent waiting. I cut my losses and took off. I couldn't tell you what a dance costs cuz I was never offered one. I really don't know how this place is still open
