So so Sunday night

Visited Mpire on a Sunday night around 11pm. Actually tried Archibald’s and Camelot first and they were both closed. When I arrived club was at capacity unless I wanted to buy a bottle service table which the bouncer said started at $350. I decided to wait and it took about 15 minutes to get in. I was seated on the main dance floor at a table along the wall. When you walk in the stage with 2 separate pole areas is on either end of the bar. The poles are 2 stories high (only saw one girl make use of the height). There are also glass/plexi-glass shower stalls on either end of the room on the second floor that you can see from below but no one used them during the hour I stayed.

There were about six girls working - 2 AA, 1 white, and 3 Latino. I’d rate them between 4 and 7. The girls on stage dance to 3 songs it seems and them come around asking for tips. It’s topless only on-stage and drinks were expensive. I paid $14 per draft beer which included tax and a mandatory included tip on the bill (I would have tipped regardless but that kind of annoys me.) The waitress was slow to take my drink order or ask if I’d like another and it seemed like they did not want me ordering directly from the bartender since I was at a table.

I think there’s more than one floor they could have customers on but tonight they only had the main floor open. On the plus side there was no cover charge. Didn’t go to VIP so can’t comment on that other they said on the way in “there’s no touching.”
