Carousing at The Carousel? Not quite, but fun can be had.

This place, at least according to the reviews here, gets a bad rap as being tame and having low mileage, plus it’s on LI, which is something of a SC dead zone. Thus, my expectations were low going in.

I’m glad I went.

The Physical Details: There’s a parking lot and it’s paved. Plenty of room, no valet. Inside the club it’s dim, and only lit by blue LEDs, so seeing the dancers is difficult, which is to their advantage. The stage is behind the u-shaped bar.
