The Wealth of Gyrations: reset and plan ahead to have fun

With Omicron being low in the spring, did a trip back to an old favorite after many years. I didn't know what to expect so visited multiple times to get a fair experience and not get shafted by a bad shift. Overall, long timers will be disappointed now. This place has had this 4 year cycle where things are off the charts hot for a year or two and then kinda lame 2 years later. Unfortunately after a very hot period right before the pandemic, things are back in a dark phase of the cycle. That and hyperinflation has made the cost of a visit way higher for much less fun.

Entrance is now $50 with no coupons accepted. Many can remember when it was less than $20. So with a mandatory drink, you will be down at least $60 before your ass hits a chair. The rear part of the club, which actually used to be the place to sit with girls and pick up hotties for dances is absolutely dead. There aren't enough dancers or guests to fill the club anymore. So the back stage never operated anytime I was there. The chairs are all there, but you feel like a creep sitting there by yourself. The front is the same as before, however, not all dancers dance on main stage anymore. So if you want to check someone out before going to the back, there might not be any way to do so. None of the dancers adhere to the posted prices, so don't bother paying attention to them. Demand is higher than supply so inflation is off the charts here. The hottest girl there (her name is something that is blue) charges a 100% markup on all prices. So you'd be looking at a $800 per hour rate.

To make things more sad, the quality of girls definitely reflects the dark phase of the cycle. It's very different crew than from 2015 or 2019/2020. There were many hours when it was not worth going for any kind of activity in the back - because it's impossible to justify paying so much for so little, both in terms of looks and mileage. That's why the attractive girls can charge 20-100% more. They know if you don't take them at their price right then and there, you'll never see them again and might not see anyone else better for the rest of the night. It's inflation taking place right before your eyes. Some girls requested fees for the back in the open before going to the back, so I don't know if that's a new rule. I barely managed to get 2 dances, both at 20% markup, that didn't feel like they'd be a total waste of money. The rooms have also been modified. The sofa room is now a group room with zero privacy. Otherwise, all other rooms are beds.
