Had a good time, but things have certainly changed
Things have definitely changed here over the years. I was in town visiting friends a couple of weeks ago and stopped by on a Friday night at a little past midnight. By looking at the main parking lot and the one right next to it, I expected the place to be jam packed.
I go in & pay the $25 cover and a one drink minimum in addition. There is one main stage where multiple dancers simultaneously dance. I believe the dancers stay on stage for 3-4 songs. The dancers have to pay to keep the jukebox going, which was annoying as the music stopped a couple of times. To the left of the main stage are where the private dances (booth with a curtain) are given. I didn’t try a non private dance, but I believe that area must’ve been to the right of the stage.
Immediately I notice how few customers were there compared to other Friday nights when I’ve gone over the years. I’d guess about 20-25 customers and around 20 dancers. Excellent ratio, no complaints, but noticeably way different from the past. I’m able to easily get a seat on the rail by the main stage. Decent mix of dancers, some definitely more attractive than others. On the whole I’d say most were on the 6-7 range. Some older, some younger, a mix of white, Hispanic & an a Asian dancer if I remember correctly. Some more enthusiastic dancing on stage while others essentially just strip and talk to one another. Due to the ratio, I believe 3 dancers (separately) asked if I wanted to do a dance with them within 10 minutes of sitting down.
