Minx is a beautiful bar, but don't go expecting a strip club...it ain't

After reading some reviews, I had to see this place for myself since I happened to be in the Norfolk area. It was hard to imagine a club reviewed on this site where the dancers didn't take anything off. But it is true. They don't remove a stitch of clothing.

I arrived on a Wednesday night around 9pm. Paid the $5 cover at the entry foyer and got a pat down by security. Down a short hallway and into the room. The bar is directly to your right and a fairly high stage is to your left. Also farther to your left are a few pool tables. There is a large video screen behind the stage that plays music videos and there are chairs around the stage. A few feet away from the stage are a series of random high-tops. And in the corner next to the bar is a small, satellite stage.

It was fairly crowded when I arrived with guys at the bar and at the high-tops, most accompanied by at least one of the dancers. There were over a dozen dancers. They all appeared to be very young and all but one was white.
