I arrived at Palomino shortly before midnight on Saturday. There were a few customers in front of me waiting to go through the metal detector. The guy working security at the door was all business and borderline rude rather than hospitable. I paid a $60+ cover charge to get in which included two drink coupons. I made my way back the bar on the main floor to get a beer and check out the talent. This club has a unique set-up with a runway type of stage, tables to each side and a large raised areas with big booths for groups. To the right as you walk-in is also an area with booths for large groups.

My normal routine is to get a drink and scope out the talent in the club. I would say the talent here was average but I did see a couple that caught my eye. Unfortunately a group of about 8-10 guys entered and several girls flocked to this group. One of the girls that I had my eye on did as well. She went upstairs with one of the guys and I never saw her again.

While the club was about 2/3 full of customers, it did not appear that many were going up for dances. I did find one lady that really caught my eye with the outfit she was wearing. Some of us have our fetishes and the outfit she was wearing appealed to mine. I immediately took her upstairs and paid for 30 minutes of dances. Under the bright blue light, this lady looked much less appealing than she did downstairs. Her dances were a complete turn-off as she talked during her dances asking me all kinds of stupid questions. She was controlling every place I put my hands (she wanted my hands on her ass) rather than let me just enjoy the dance. I finally told her to stop the senseless chatter and just dance sexy for me. She couldn’t and her dances were turning me off to the point where I decided to just cut-it off early. I didn’t intend to be mean, but the dances were so bad and I was so turned off that it didn’t make sense to keep going. I decided to leave and make my way to Treasures. I have been here a few times and typically have a so-so experience.
