Wow...And Not The Good Kind
A small club, other reviewers provided the details but just to repeat: Bar and curtained VIP area on the right as you enter, the main stage and private rooms/other VIP area to your left. Cover was $10, dances are supposed to be $10 on the floor (more on that later) and $25 in the back after you purchase a $20 VIP pass. The server (who is hotter than most of the dancers) is there as soon as you sit down demanding a drink order. I ask for a beer and tipped what was left from a ten.
So I'm immediately down $20 and there are, I kid you not, seven total dancers at 9:00 PM on a Saturday. Seven. Two more came in the half-hour before I bolted but I've never seen a club this empty in Phoenix before on a Saturday night. There were only a few scattered customers. Talent level was not top tier, either. If you like your dancers with oodles of regrettable ink, you will absolutely love this place. For those in the market for a more conventionally hot dancer, pickings are slim here.
However, having paid the fee I decided to wait and see what would happen. A good personality can go a long way. First dancer that approaches me sits down and starts talking. Two minutes in and the waitress comes over and asks if we need anything? She immediately inquires if I'll buy her a drink? I politely decline, and, surprise surprise, she suddenly isn't that thirsty. We talk another minute before she asks if I'd like a dance. Declined. She gets up and leaves.
