Place is closed, it seems permanently.
Drove past the Saginaw street location a couple blocks away from I-69 on Friday evening about 9:30, and there's no lights, no cars in the lot, and a For Sale sign in that parking lot. There was another larger sign that said something about a land contract. I'm thinking it's safe to say that this establishment has gone to the great VIP room in the sky.
