Slipping further

This club is really settling into a lackluster state, but then that seems to be typical for many Toronto clubs post-pandemic.

Cover is now $10 on the weekends where it used to be $5 (inflation in action). I went to the bar to grab a beer and my usual bartender was busy so a new guy took my order. Buddy tried to shortchange me. Seems like it was an honest mistake but considering my go-to bartender has never made such a mistake ever and this guy went 0-for-1 in being able to count that didn't set the night off to a good start.

Then a Russian girl who was a 6 at best starts talking to me while I'm putting my change back in my wallet (I never enjoy that move and it's a tell for aggressive stripper/ROB alarm imo). Her thick accent and EE facial features aren't doing it for me either and as some EEs tend to do, declining a dance was made unpleasant. Strike two.
