The New Club Smell

I recently visited Epic at the encouragement of a dancer I knew from a previous club. I had no idea the club existed so I thought I would take her up on it and make the extra drive over to Winston to pay her and the club a visit.

The parking lot is spacious and well lit without any issues. Coming into the club you are met at the front by the desk where they check your ID. I was not charged a cover and there was a mention there is no cover before 10 PM, but I'm not sure that is fully accurate. You then get the metal detector wand scanning you by security and you are admitted down the hall where you take a little left and move into the club. As you enter the club the main stage is to your left. It is a small stage with one pole at the end. The ceiling is low so there isn't a lot of room for any pole dancers to maneuver, but is it adequate. There is another stage to the left as well, it is small with a pole and I saw only a single girl on it from time to time. There is seating with chairs and tables between the two stages. The bar is located straight back from where you enter the room. It was well lit and seemed stock. There were one or two customers at the bar and one other customer seated at the tables. I thought the crowd was pretty low for 9:00 on a Saturday night. The club has an appearance of being new or at least newly refurbished so it is clean.

I'm not sure how many girls were there that night as I saw probably 7-10 around the time I was there. It was a mix of races and sizes. There were small girls and ones that were a little on the thicker side. Some girls used the pole on the main stage and some did the walk and strut approach to dancing. My girl met me quickly and we sat and began to talk and catch up with each other. I never saw her on stage as her rotation never came up while I was there. As the question moved to more personal dances we discussed the options. I didn't get all the pricing for all the dances and there was no postings around the club that I saw that gave you prices or options. My understanding is there is different locations with different prices. There is the lap dance area that is pretty private behind a curtain with you and the dancer. Not sure of all the prices but it was $150 for 15 minutes in that space. There was mention of more private rooms, a shower dance, and a Jacuzzi. My girl had to take a picture of the dances and read them to me. I do remember the Jacuzzi was $700 for 30 minutes.
