No Show Monday Dayshift

I’ve been pleased with Columbus Gold’s offerings on night shifts in the past so as part of a Columbus dayshift three club round-robin, I stopped by after work to check out the day shift on a Monday afternoon about 5:00 pm.

First, the club layout. Large rectangular bar straight ahead when you enter, to the right is the slightly elevated, large main stage. Comfortable upholstered chairs fill the main floor area. From previous visits, dancers here are primarily thin white girls, about 20% AA or Pacific / Asian. Bottled beers such as Yuengling for either $5 or $6, typical for the area. Nothing on tap. Lap dances are $25/song in in a semi-secluded area with couches behind the bar, away from the stage. No curtains but the room is dark and away from the main floor action and bar.

Back to this dayshift visit, no doorman, no security pat-down or driver’s license foolishness, no cover. When I walked into CG there was literally one girl in sight, and she was with the one other customer in the place. I walked around the club and couldn’t even find a bartender to ask about other dancers working that night, though a barkeep was clearly there as the other PL had a bottle of Bud Light. What the heck? Given THAT scene I turned and headed over to Vanity.
