A topless bar with no topless

Showed up just before 9pm. The cover charge starts at 9pm. There’s a coupon on their website for free entrance after the cover charge time. When I walked in the only person working was the bartender. After about an hour about 4-5 girls started working.

A dancer who used to work there came as a customer that night and all the girls basically hung around her and two other guys sitting with them all night.

It’s a topless bar but they said they aren’t allowed to be topless for floor dances and they can’t touch you and because they don’t make enough ($10 per dance) they won’t do them.
