A slightly nicer Wise Guys

I've never been to C-Mowes before, but used to hit Wise Guys a couple times a year. With most of the Wise Guys girls moving to C-Mowes, I decided to pop in and see what was up.

I walked in and it's a very wide, but not very deep place. The bar is right in front of you and takes up almost the whole width of the place. Lots of seats to be had, so I grabbed a spot. There's a stage at either end of the place, but no girls were dancing. One guy was shooting pool and it looked like there were another 4 or 5 regulars at either end of the bar. I counted 5 or 6 girls working, but there was nowhere to see what their names were. I say "5 or 6" because I'm not sure about the 6th girl. She was big, kinda ugly, and dressed in a mini skirt and flip-flops. Not exactly "stripper wear". But if she wasn't working, I can't for the life of me figure out what she was doing there, so I'm going to say 6 girls working.

No cover was asked when I walked in. I ordered a $6 bottle of water and took my seat. And that's pretty much all the excitement. Except for the bartender, no one said a word to me. Every girl walked right by me at least once. Some several times. I tried to make eye contact with every one and those that did look back, just kept on walking. No one got on stage the whole 30 minutes I was there. I finished my water and headed on down the trail.
