Fun but expecting more from the locale

Flashdancers is one of the main clubs in the Time Square area. So as can be imagined, it is a bit of a tourist trap type of place. 20 cover. Server or someone who takes you to your chair. It's quite small. One floor with two main rooms. A small bar area and then a large room where everything and everyone is visible. Sadly this includes the dances which are done in some chairs in the corners of the room. So yes everyone can see the dance and thus the grind may not be as good as you would get at come places, say that had some private dark booths. I guess that's why they call it flashdances though as they go quickly as girls stay active and the dance area is always pretty busy.

The set of girls is wide and diverse. I could tell a lot of them were college girls type just trying to make some money. I could tell some were outgoing, but some were also quite shy and new. I noticed a couple of them were subconscious of any phones or blue light near the dance area. So it's advisable to put phones away or keep them out of sight near the dance area so the dancers feel comfortable (as they want to keep their profession on the DL prob).

However because of the setup of the bar, this isn't the most intimate locale. Unless one really frequents this place you can't really connect with girls as much, as interactions are mostly quick and brief. So that is a bit of a turn off for me as I like slower bars where you can get to know some of the girls a little bit better than a few minutes interaction. Or one with more places to walk around and talk to someone instead of just being in one large room with no privacy (or even to get away from the overly loud music they play).
