Ok, not great- limited options locally

Arrived about 9:30pm on Memorial Day. There were only 5-6 dancers and similar numbers of PL’s when I arrived but increased to about a dozen dancers by 11:00. There were a few each of white, WOC, Latina and mixed. Most were in the 5-7 range and in their 30’s. Mostly natural with a couple of pairs of bolt-ons.

A little hard to find on the I-10 frontage road but GPS knows where to go. $5 cover to enter with license check. No security but felt safe. Hostess was friendly each time I went outside to smoke (last time there a couple of years ago, smoking was allowed inside). Rectangle bar in the middle of the room with stages behind both of the large sides though the back one was barely used on this slow night. At least one smaller stage too. Seats at the bar for about 20 and maybe 12 round low top tables with 2-4 seats each. Import beers wee $5.75. Parking was free and well lit.

Communal dance area with overstuffed chairs would have provided zero privacy if it was busy but I was the only one there most of the times I went back. Furniture was in good shape and comfortable. Had 1-2 dances with five different dancers for $25 each (one 20 something dancer with nice enhanced rack wanted $50 per song but I declined).
