Big step up for Mavericks

Did a recent review, but there have been a couple of changes worth mentioning. Entry is through a metal detector and is $3. No ID check. Bar on the left with 10 seats, two pool tables straight ahead. This is where some regulars and dancers hang out. Coke was $4.

Past the bar on the left is a second larger room, half the building, with a stage against the far wall, bathroom to the left, lap dance area to the right. This area is dimmer. The lap dance area is just sheer curtains and is better lit than the room, so anything you do is fairly visible. Audience was 1/3 older white guys, 1/3 blue collar Hispanic, 1/3 black quasi-thug although no one was aggressive or caused trouble.

What has changed is that the former barkeeper and her husband bought the place and are making some changes. Two are important. First, the quality of dancers is much better. There were 10 on the Saturday night. About 1/2 and 1/2 white black, one Hispanic. They were also much prettier than in other visits. In the past,almost all the dancers were obese. None were this time. Although quality was still 5-7 ranges, about half were attractive in my opinion. That's a huge step up. Things are not yet running smoothly. There was a 20 minute empty stage around 11 when all the girls were in the outside smoking area vaping.

The other change is pricing. I talked to 2 girls about dancers. Both offered $25 for the first and 20 for the rest. Dances are topless, if the girl wants to, and you can touch everywhere but the crotch. This is different from the posted prices that are $20 every 5 minutes and $160 an hour. I think this was the girl setting prices since the two I talked to were friends, but FYI. The nice bit is when I asked the second girl (white spinner, a little rough but attractive with tats and piercings) for dances, I also asked her rules. She said for an extra $20 I could have kitty access for all the dances. I paid the extra and sure enough FIV was welcome.

Based on the cream she left on my pants, she enjoyed it. I didn't do a ton of dances because some guy was watching through the curtains, but I had a very good time.
