Quiet dive bar, trying to upgrade

After leaving Babe’s (see review), probably the top end of Pensacola clubs with dance prices to match, I decided to try something a bit lower down the food chain. Formerly Arety’s Angels, the club changed ownership in 2020 and renamed itself Escapes. I didn’t see any TUSCL reviews since the changeover, but picked it based on some Google Review chatter.

Escapes is literally located on the other side of the tracks from Babe’s and Edens, and only about 5 minutes away.

Arrived around 930pm on Thursday and stayed until around midnight. Parking lot is decently sized for the club and seemed reasonably lit and safe.
