Review of Le Gent

parking is way too tight, even cars backing out have barely enough space before hitting other cars. Can't imagine how tricky it is in snow. Better to find parking elsewhere and make the walk to the club. Once inside there is a $5 door fee, bouncers are friendly. (I remember at the old club there was no entry fee before 6pm. Seems like that is no longer the case at the new place).

Inside the club there is an ATM and the washrooms on your left. Bar is immediate to your right hand. Not as much bar seating as the old place but the chairs are more comfortable it seems to me anyways. Here is one of my personal letdowns, the bar staff/waitresses. I really miss the girls from the old place (Amelie and Katrin) such sweethearts. Not that there is anything wrong with the new staff, but for me the old staff was more endearing and engaging.

There are 2 large circular comfy booths next to the Private booth entrance. the rest of the seating is small tables scattered throughout the floor with the exception of what was a sofa area in the far right corner. This visit it is now has sheer curtains covering that area (not sure if this is a new VIP seating area ?). This newer created area has 1 of the 2 TV sets that face towards the stage area, the other TV is on the far left wall which has limited viewing sightlines. So if your at a table or booth and want to also gander at the game, you may be out of luck.
