I went to Sensations around 22:15 on a Friday night. The club is located on the frontage road for US 67. The parking lot is gravel and pickup trucks were parked everywhere. There was a $10 cover charge at the door. They do a scan or check on your driver's license with a small device. Upon entering there is a lobby room with washrooms and a vending machine. The large back room is the main part of the club. There is a bar to the immediate right. There are two stages, each with one pole. One is an island stage in the middle of the room and the other is up against the right wall. There are two private dance areas: one in the back left corner and one in the back right corner. Each of the private dance areas consist of several couches, and there is not much privacy if you and your dancer are not back in one of the corners alone. Sincweisers were $5 in bottles. I got a shot of Jack Daniels for a dancer, which cost $7.75. I later learned the dancer was only twenty years old. Oops. The music was mainly rock, country, and electronic dance music. The strip club does not play hip hop in order to keep the thug factor down.

I counted twenty-four dancers at prime time on a Friday night. There was a good variety of body types, and dancers ranged from a 2.5 to a 9.5 on my scale. The vast majority of dancers were between the ages of 18 and 25. Four of the dancers were African-American, one was an Asian-Caucasian mix, and the other nineteen dancers were Caucasian. A half dozen or more dancers met my criteria for being 7 or higher. The mixed dancer I previously mentioned was a solid 9.5 with perfect natural C cups. Stage contact was nonexistent, but that is how all Arkansas clubs seem to be. You just end up tossing your bills onto the stage instead of putting them in a dancer’s g-string. However, dancers were extremely grateful to patrons who tipped them on the stage. Every single dancer I tipped tracked me down after she got off stage to personally thank me and give me a hug. I thought that was a nice gesture.

Dancers are allowed to make their own prices for lap dances. An overweight black dancer named Jennifer said she charged $40 per song. I hope she was joking, but she probably was not. Lap dance prices were all over the board and good negotiating skills will help your wallet. It seems like you can get discounts from many dancers if you agree to multiple dances. I did get a few lap dances from a green-eyed Turkish dancer named Skye for $20 per song. They were alright, but not very memorable. Lap dance contact is mostly one-way. I did manage to feel up the dancer some, but touching the breasts seemed to be off limits. There is a club employee that sits at a podium and tallies songs for each dancer, but you pay the dancer after you are finished getting dances.
