Been to Oz a few times and each time there have been a ton of (mostly hot) women! Some are super chill and leave you alone if you don't show interest. There a few that can be very pushy...but that isn't uncommon for these clubs. Only had beer but their selection was decent.
The main stage always has two women dancing and there is a smaller go-go stage as well. This particular night two Cuban women approached and immediately got very flirty and gropey at the bar. Decided to go for a dance with them and it was intense! Lots of really fun groping and squeezing. Worth the double price.
