Pretty good talent for post-COVID in an afternoon

My buddy and I went to watch the first round of the NCAA tourney here on Friday. We arrived about 2:00. As locals who drove ourselves, the door man let us in no problem. Relaxed dress code was applicable as well - I was wearing a hoodie and cap and I saw a guy in the back with shorts on. This is how it used to be at CH3 -- if you got in early enough, they were pretty relaxed. Try walking in at 8 or later and you'll get told to change, usually.

We were surprised at the number of girls and level of talent. I attribute this to CH3 being the only 24 hr club at the moment... and the tournament being on. Rhino is open 2:00 Thursday to Sunday and I think Sapphire is open for the tournament, but many clubs still don't have a day shift going. But that's obviously changing.

Happy hour was going and it was $5 - $12 for drinks. Our Jack & Diets were $7 each. Pretty nice, but then again -- it's 2:00 in the afternoon.

I was surprised to learn that there are still no floor dances here. You have to do $100 for 15 minutes in the back, plus "2 drinks" which is usually a total rip off at $50. I originally turned down a girl in my wheelhouse when she approached me pitching 15 minutes right of the bat because I thought that was a bad sign that she was starting with VIP. Then I learned that was legit, so I did not turn her down the second time.

The VIP dance for me and for the other few guys back there was Vegas standard VIP. Dark room, comfortable couch, topless girl, and upper half touching strongly encouraged. I didn't press the limit with this girl, as that is not generally my thing, but she was very accommodating and definitely was not shy about 2-way contact. Almost too aggressive at times with that. Although at one point I realized she may have been trying to just "short-circuit" the dance as fast as possible because she was leaving to go to Rhino and told me she had to leave very soon. I got my whole 15 minutes, though, and the cocktail waitress never came by, so just tipped her $60 on top instead of giving it to the waitress and she was happy.
