1 Franklin Square is the address. No cover charge before 8pm. Metal detector wasn't in use during the day.

The layout is as follows. Elevator to the second floor right when you walk through the outside doors. Club Lust is upstairs. Quarterly memberships are sold. Plenty of other reviews have gone over what that involves and since I only visit once a quarter I don't bother.
