Nice club with pretty dancers and decent dances

Yellow Rose was about a $12 ride share from downtown. They had a good-sized parking lot, which wasn't nearly full when I arrived Sunday evening. It didn't look like there was a parking fee; I don't recall if they offered a valet. The cover charge was $20. As I paid it I was asked where I wanted to sit and told to wait for a waitress who showed me to a seat. That felt unnecessary given the club wasn't particularly busy, and I ended up moving around a bit.

The club was nice inside, clean, with comfortable furnishings. The long, narrow stage was in the center of the room with some adjacent tables and chairs (not chairs alone facing the stage like most clubs). Around that were some additional tables and chairs, and then on the sides some larger upholstered couches. A long bar runs along one side of the room parallel to the stage. They have a VIP seating area that's a bit elevated, has its own small stage, and a bunch of couches for seating. The waitress showing me to a seat said there was usually a cost to sit up there, but was very vague/confused about what it actually was. She said $100, or maybe buy a bottle, or maybe it'd just be waived that night because it wasn't busy. I didn't pursue it. A bottle of water was $6.

The dancers were pretty, tending slender but a few were curvier. Most were white, a couple were black or Latina. The Latina I spoke with had excellent English, and the other dancers had English as a first language. So there wasn't the language barrier I had at Chicas Bonitas.
