still a fun place

This is still one of my favorite clubs to visit. I made the hour drive up from Detroit. Traffic Light used to be my go to, but that hasn't been open in 2 years. $7 cover, I walked into a mostly empty club around 8:00. I'm not real picky when it comes to women, but if you couple a few hot chicks with all rock music, it makes the experience better.

I always want to try out new girls, but some of the newer girls seem to make their own rules and upcharge. One girl in particular, Rue, wants $15-$20 for the standard table dance, and she mentions she charges more for vip dances as well.

I admit, she's good about circulating the club, and stopping at several tables, but I can't stand being overcharged for the same dances most girls are giving for $10. I've been coming to Teasers for more than 10 years, the girls that have been there awhile still do $10 dances, and that's why they get repeat customers. In my opinion, doing $10 table dances is the best way we can sample the girls, and decide if we want to take them to vip. I believe vip is still $25 to get in, and $20 per song, but it's been a year or two since I've gone back.

One thing that surprised me this trip, is I didn't see any shot girls coming around. In the past, there would be 2 or 3 girls working the floor all night with a tray of $3 shots. Even when you're not looking for shots, they would make the evening fun by stopping by to talk, while you're waiting for a dancer to come over.

Now I only spent about an hour and a half here this time. I would have stayed longer, but even at 9:00 there weren't enough girls to keep the stage show going without a few song break. This is something I wasn't used to, unless it's early in the evening.
