Better During Dayshift

My last visit to Christie’s was on a weekend evening and it was quite underwhelming, I have had decent times there during the daytime though so I decided on a Tuesday afternoon visit.

I arrived around 2pm, there was plenty of parking available. Cover charge was $7. I have never understood the daytime cover charge here but I guess it does keep some of the neighborhood rif-raf out. They have signs up indicating free lunch prior to 2pm, I have no idea if that is still available though as I arrived after that.

The club was pretty empty, maybe 10-15 customers there, several older guys, mostly middle aged guys by themselves though. Needless to say, there were lots of open seats. A bottle of beer ran $7 if I recall correctly.
