Total RIP-OFF compared to the nearby Spearmint Rhino

I decided to visit this club on New Year's Eve after having already visited the Rhino three times during the previous couple weeks. I've been here occasionally during the past decade, with my last visit before this one being a year ago. I've always preferred the Rhino, probably due to the girls there supposedly being hotter (according to the reviews here), and also its cozier atmosphere. But I thought the two clubs were roughly equivalent. I hadn't read any recent reviews of the Sapphire at that point, so I was in for a surprise as to what kind of rip-off this is now. I don't recall it being like this in the years past.

The cover fee was $50 I think, and a glass of coke was $10, so somewhat more than the Rhino, but nothing out of the ordinary so far. I thought the prettiest faces I saw here were perhaps a bit more to my taste than the prettiest faces I saw during my recent visits to the Rhino, but overall, I'd say the hotness of the girls is roughly the same.

The first set of dances I got during my visit here where on the main floor from this really hot girl of average height. She had a really pretty face and a hot, slim body with nice curves. I think maybe she looked kind of Native or Hispanic, can't really say. I've read here that there are lots of Cubans at this place, so maybe that's what she was. She said dances on the main floor are $40 per song. I was surprised and asked her if it's always been this way, and I guess she said that it has, at least as long as she's been there. I figured she was ripping me off, but decided to go along with it. Ended up getting 5 dances for $200. The dances were Ok. She allowed at least some touching and grinded occasionally. But she would back off after a brief grind and continue with an air dance, repeating this multiple times. I recall at one point, while she was air dancing, she quickly and rather rudely removed my hands from her butt/hips as soon as I touched her, although she allowed the same kind of touching before.
