I have visited here several times over the years. This is a nice club and you can also get decent food if you want it. There are usually coupons for reduced or no cover charge in local free papers like Sacramento News and Review. I don't worry about that any more as I go rarely now, but my recollection is the coupons may only be good during weeknights or non-prime hours. There may be lower selection of girls those times but also fewer patrons and the girls may be more grateful esp if you are nice and tip well.
Prices are a little on the high side, but one change from the past is that two-way contact is now allowed whereas years ago only the girl could initiate contact and you had to tip bouncers to look the other way if you were actively touching. The girls that gave me VIP dances charged extra for touching but it probably was not much more than the old days having to tip the bouncers. The first time I went back after the rule changes I was hesitant to touch and the dancer actually grabbed my hands and put them on her boobs haha.
So, yes prices have gone up but you get more "value". The VIP room is fairly dark so be careful when peeling off bills to pay so you don't accidentally overpay (says an older guy who wears glasses haha).
