Better than expected

I was in the area and decided to take a look at old haunts. Have been here a number of times over the years, last a couple years ago. I wasn't expecting much as it was pretty dismal my last visit before COVID.

The lot across the street that was parking is now blocked off with barricades. They obviously don't own it and guess the real owners got tired of the use. Nothing is being done with it though. I found parking on the street but if this place gets busy that could be a challenge.

I walked in and greeted by a decent looking, young, barmaid with dirty blonde hair. She reminded me of the actress on Ozark who played the bad girl. This one had a nice rack which was on display. I came to the opposite side of the bar as she was with another customer. She came to collect my cover ($10) and get me a drink. Some light conversation and seemed good.
