Eh, whatever. It served it's purpose.

Platinum Dollz is a club in a commercial area in Passaic. Lots of parking, felt pretty safe there because there was a lot of businesses near by. Walk in and yeah seems like a much older bar than the other ones. Laid back, not very pushy. Looked the opposite of like Taboo which looked more like it's trying to be a big city club in a quiet neighborhood. Cold beers were cheap but not much selection. Friendly bartender but she seemed pretty bored as not many customers which was surprising given it was a weekend.

Even more bored than the bartenders were the girls. I was surprised to see so many American girls working there when I am used to seeing like only foreign girls at dollar bars. They were heavily invested in their phones. Occasionally they would do a dance and come around for a dollar but nothing too exuberant. Besides that this is a club if that you are new you have to do a lot of the pursuing and inquiring. Girls normally would not sit down next to many guys unless they were regulars. Some girls were deeply in a relationship with their phones. Why were they working at a club to only look at their phone and only get a dollar here or there. I dont know. It doesnt seem like a prudent business decision to pay the bills but maybe they know something I don't.

There was a decent mix and variety here at least. Local girls, some foreign of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities. Tbh, a good portion of the girls here would not be allowed to dance at other more lively bars. Some looked like well that they would spend more time on their phones than say at the gym. Maybe it's just me but if you have a job where you spend most of the day half clothed wouldnt you want at least to look the part, or even to just be healthy? Not my place to say, it's just my ethos if you have a job at least try to look somewhat of the part.
