A big surprise.

I had stopped by several times at Harem House after it reopened as Jaguars and, with the exception of two trips, had walked out disappointed after not seeing any girls I would like to do lap dances with. Last Wednesday night there had not even been a single girl in the club around eleven at night when I stopped by. So I was extremely surprised when this Tuesday night around eleven I was driving by and saw the parking lot was completely filled with cars. I had not seen that for ten years. I had not been planning on stopping but was curious so went on in.

There were probably around 14 girls there, half black and half white. Several of them looked attractive enough to work at the better clubs in town and I soon found out some of them had. One girl said she recognized me from when she worked at Brad's and another was one I had previously done a lap dance with at PT's. She remembered that I had been wearing a big bandage on my head then. Last Spring I had a bad fall that caused me to go around bandaged up for a while. She was petite and I like petite girls so I did a lap dance with her. I liked the lap dance enough to do a second one with her. Touching was allowed and she seemed friendly. She said in addition to the regular lap dances being $25 they have a private room there which is $130 for fifteen minutes, $250 for thirty minutes and $475 for sixty minutes. She said I would have fun if I did one with her some time. "Fun" is an ambiguous word. Indianapolis clubs tend not to have a lot of extras, though they do happen on occasion.

Overall, I had a good time. I spent $60 total, $10 to get in and $50 for the two lap dances. I'm doing a 12 hour daily fast to lose some weight so I skipped the drink. This was a very atypical night, though, and I'm not sure why tonight was different than normal. PT's down the street has been closed early in the week so dancers and customers might be heading here as an alternative on the nights they are closed. Another possibility is they found a way to hire more girls here. I don't know if they will stay. I would not consider this a good club until it can keep the best girls it hires.
