sinclair's Review
I made several weekday evening visits to the Fox Club Cabaret in Missoula, usually after 21:00. Dancers start at 19:00 nightly. The cover charge was $7 on weekdays. There is a camera at the door that takes your forehead temperature when you look at it. Sincweisers were $5. A glass of Coca Cola was $4. I bought a dancer a Jameson on the Rocks for $8. The ATM allows a $400 maximum withdrawal and charges a $5.50 fee.
The club is fairly large, about eight thousand square feet. As you enter the club, the bar is on the right. On the left are seven gambling machines, one poker table, and two billiard tables. Between the two aforementioned areas at the front of the club, there is a square VIP area which contains a small stage and couches. I assume this VIP area is for groups or bachelor parties since it was not used during any of the weekdays. The main stage is in a pit at the back of the club. The main stage has a spinning pole that is about twenty feet tall. Two seven-foot bubbling water columns flank the rear of the stage.
There were usually about a half dozen dancers working every night. All dancers were Caucasian. I saw no dancer lower than a 6, so this club obviously practices quality control. None of the porkers from the recently closed down Fred’s Lounge would make the cut here. Contact was minimal at the stage; patrons would put their dollars on the edge of the stage and the dancer would come by, swipe them, and give you some attention. Tipping is a little awkward because you are looking up at the dancers with the stage being at the level of your shoulders or neck, depending on your individual height. Some dancers would get completely naked on stage while others would just flash their pussies.
