Will it stay open?

This is a composite of 2 visits: 1st Sunday night late (Sun. Oct. 24) and 2nd Monday early evening (Mon. Nov. 1).

First: this news. On 10/24, I heard from 2 of the dancers as well as the manager that the town of West Allis would be holding a hearing Tues. Oct. 26th to decide whether SpotLite gets to keep its license. The cause? Too-frequent fights and calls to the police from this club, making it a "nuisance." Some dancers planned to come out to support the club. I followed up 11/1. I was then told by several dancers that no definite decision was made at the hearing, so Spot Lite will not shut down soon, but more hearings are pending. That could change things!
