I've visited SI many times over the last few months. The girls there are friendly and hot. The are overpriced, but not extortionately so. Lap dances are $20 per song, but the songs are full-length, so that's not too bad. The girls are typically very friendly and you can be respectfully handsy during dances. The one time I did 15 minutes in the VIP with Sage, I think it was $100 for the session + $25 to the bar. I think they have an overall solid vibe.
