If you are cost sensitive I recommend just skipping the Honolulu clubs, assuming you’re a tourist you can definitely do better on the mainland. If you have $ to spend on vacation, these girls will happily take it off your hands.

If you’re in Hawaii you know right now every single restaurant has to see your vax card and ID and asks you to fill out a contact form for potential tracing. I did all that and filled in some bs on the contact form and I was in. Cover was $15 both nights which includes a real drink. Drinks are about $6 or $7 for you and $40 for the girl. Girls do seem to be under pressure to drive the drink trade. They will ask.
