Ok, so here's the scoop.

This is a nice place. It's a clean bar with generally good looking girls. They're not 10s, but they're attractive girls minus like 2. They could use some more matures, but the bar, bartenders, atmosphere, etc. are all great. Best club in the area. Double Visions might have better looking girls, but that's almost like a go-go bar.

Most girls in my experience allow some touching in the lap dance rooms, which are $20 and $40 respectively. $40 gets you nude. A few do not. It varies according to the girl.
