Fancy's is a Solid Value

This is a summary of several recent visits on Friday and Saturday nights. Cover is $5 at the door and if you want to leave and come back, just let the attendant know you intend to do this so you'll be remembered. They don't issue wristbands or stamp hands. They've decorated for Halloween and it contributes to the atmosphere. DJ announces dancers as they are called to the stages. All three stages are in use on these nights and a customer can sit anywhere in the place to watch dancers up close on at least one of them. The private dance area is still a little room containing two broken-down couches with a curtain covering its doorway. Full capacity is three couples (Some would say two, since the third couple has to share the longer couch with another couple.), which is sometimes reached. The restroom is pretty clean and they keep it stocked with soap and towels in general.

You can expect around a dozen dancers on a busy night, currently about equally dived among whites, blacks and latinas. Several latinas are from Cuba and speak limited English. There will probably be a couple knock-outs in the group and few, if any, whom you wouldn't find attractive. Stage tipping is encouraged and the harder-working dancers respond with nice, prolonged attention. I use this as an indicator of what kind of dances will be given in the private area.

Private dances are still $20 each and vary significantly from dancer to dancer. It pays to observe the indicators, and possibly ask questions, to anticipate what you'll receive. Very high-contact dances are provided by some, while I try to avoid the girls who are more prudish.
