Hustle Hustle Hustle
Met up with some buddies from out of town on a recent Saturday night at BTs. Now what I'm going to explain is simply the black tax. My friends arrived before I did. Cover was $20 and I make my way way over to our booth and I find out my friend was charged $100. Yes you read that correctly $100 for a booth. There wasn't a boxing match or special event, it was just a regular Saturday night.
I've clubbed all around Detroit and other cities and never heard of a $100 booth and no there wasn't alcohol included. For the record we sat the upper level of booths under the TV's. Waitress was terrible she didn't know the menu, rarely if ever checked on us, claimed the bar didn't know how to make basic flavored drinks, we ordered a few glasses of water and she brought us Fiji water at $9 a pop and told us she couldn't give us glasses of water. Granted we were there for over 5 hours and easily spent north of $2K between the 5 of us. Again does this fall on shitty management?
Enough about that the dancers were magnificent this Saturday evening. Arabic, AA, white, no signs of Hispanics or Asians. But 95% of every dancer we encountered was flirty and friendly. Our table was constantly tipping dancers generously on stage so I bet that helped. The consensus was probably an 8 overall for this evenings dancer quality. Didn't see an out of shape dancer in the rotation. Something for everyone.
