Return to clubbing feeling lukewarm

This was first time back clubbing since the pandemic. You scanned QR code for Covid screening and contact trancing at the door but it went quick and wasn't a big deal. I did go back a week later and they had my info already part entered when I used the same phone to scan the QR code again so that kind of freaked me out but I guess that's the new normal...

Scene inside was pretty quiet — about a dozen patrons. I've stated 1-5 dancers but it might have been as high as 6-10 — so basically right on the line between the categories allowed on this site. Good mix of races and types.

The venue itself is still nice and upscale but in a generic way. Brass Rail is an upscale club but circa 80s and 90s. Basically looked like it did pre-pandemic. Drinks aren't crazy. Sure $10 for a beer is not like a normal bar but it's not outrageous for the entertainment you're getting.
