Not So Glorious, Really

Visited, briefly, Thursday afternoon 3:00-3:30. Free parking in small but serviceable lot, no cover; bottled water at the bar was $3.00 plus tip. A cute girl named Chubby was tending bar. Not sure why she’s called that, because she’s not chubby.

This is a small dive with eight seats at the bar and five high-top tables with stools. I saw about three other customers and five dancers, all white; two were old and overweight. Two blondes, the rest brunettes or other nondescript hair color.

Barside dances are $5.00 for songs played at full length from a jukebox, and I was told VIP dances are $20.00. I didn’t do a VIP, but I understand they’re done in a room that used to be a storage room and in a room that might have been a closet. Maybe it still is. Who knows? Anyway, I can’t tell you what the girls are asking for extras because I did not inquire. I am sure that prices will vary considerably, as some of the prettier girls can probably ask for more than some of the others.
