Where the hell was the manager, Barry?
This has become my go to club. I visit once or twice a week. I feel confortable here. It is not Follies but for me it has become the closest thing. I have noticed that Monday and Tuesdays are very slow as far as dancer turn out goes. Wednesday and Thursday have a better turn out but normally the black DJ is there and plays nothing but rap crap run together so that it is difficult to keep up with the dance cound. Friday and Saturday are the busiest days. The later in the day you go the more dancers there are. Of course more customers too. I don't like the all booth seating configuration and neither do most of the dancers. Especially the taller ones. They would like to see more high top tables and chairs. There are about 10 stools at the bar but very little privacy.
It is a 2 story club but the top one is closed off due to lack of customers, etc. Downstairs is where the action is. They have projection type TV screens that cover cover the walls on boths side of the club. If they have them all turned on the club is too bright and makes privacy a little bad for intimate dances. The have also added a men's room troll. He is not too obtrusive and has a selection of convience store goods.
My last visit was Saturday, Sept 18. The club is supposed toopen at noon on weekdays and 1PM on Saturday. I arrived at 12:55PM and the door was still locked. Dion, the door guys finally arrived and got the door open at 1:30. When I visited las Tuesday the door was open at 12:30 but no bar tender or music until 1PM. Barry, the manager was not there either day.
