Grand Re-Opening? Had a good quick visit.

I had never been here before, but saw that they were advertising a "Grand Re-Opening" on a Thursday night. Since I don't know this place, I have no idea if they had actually been closed for a while before this, or if the management just changed, or if it was an event to promote some renovations or something, or just to try to draw a crowd. But I decided to check it out late night after being at another bar.

I arrived between midnight and 1am, I think the place was supposed to be open til 3am. The parking lot was fairly full but not packed. Outside there was a bouncer to scanned my ID and waved a wand over me. I entered into the lobby and there was a cute young blonde girl at the cash register who took a $10 cover. In other reviews people have said that they had other entrance "packages" available but she didn't offer anything other than just the cover.

Walking in, the place seemed lively and pretty busy for a Thursday, but not super full (I'm sure they would have liked to have had more people there for a "grand re-opening"). You walk past the bar on your right to a stage area, where there are several tables and a front row of seats. There was also one or two small platforms with a pole in other parts of the room but nobody was dancing on those. The main stage had two (maybe three?) poles. The place seemed well taken care of, with the Tiki Bar theme I had heard about, overall it seemed like a nice place to hang out.
